Buying in Person or at Events

I accept Cash or Cheques (with cheque guarantee card).

Debit/Credit card transactions are possible providing you have access to the internet and an email account. These transactions take the following format:-
A purchase order is completed and signed and the piece of jewellery/item is removed from sale.
A Paypal invoice is emailed to you.
When you have paid for the purchase via the email, it will be dispatched to you - and I will email you first to confirm this. If you are local to Bedford, I may deliver the item to you personally. If Special Delivery is used with Royal Mail, you will need to sign for the delivery.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to pay via Paypal, then I am happy to accept a small deposit to retain the item for you, you can then send me a cheque for the item which I will then send to you free of p & p, or if you are local to Bedford, I can deliver the item to you at an arranged time and date, and you can pay me by cash or cheque on delivery.

Buying from the Website

Telephone Me - tell me what you want to buy and how you want to pay. On receipt of Payment the item will be sent to you. If you are local to Bedford I can always deliver in person and accept payment on delivery (if Cash or Cheque.)

Direct from the Website - Click on the 'add to cart' button, and then when you have finished making your purchases, 'checkout' via paypal which will enable you to pay via debit/credit card. On notification of your purchase I will aim to send your jewellery to you by special delivery within the week. You will be required to sign for the delivery.

If you have any difficulties at all in using the facility, please telephone me immediately to advise me of any problems, thereby enabling me to hopefully rectify the matter.

(Paypal is a secure site and you do not need to have or sign up for a Paypal account to pay by card through this facility.)

The Sanctuary Shop

If you wish to buy an item currently on display at The Sanctuary Shop, but do not live locally to Bedford to buy from the shop in person, then please telephone me and, providing the piece has not already been sold, I will make arrangements for you to purchase the item.

Commissions and Fingerprint Keepsakes

In the first instance please telephone or email me to discuss your requirements, and then a non-refundable deposit will be required with the remainder due on completion of the work.   Please also refer to the Commissions page and the Commission Process for full details.

Shipping

UK Only - your order will be sent by Special Delivery, and if possible I will email you to advise when your order has been dispatched.  Post and Packing will be free of charge for the time being.

Shipping outside of the UK - I do not currently accept orders from outside the UK.  If you are from outside the UK, please register your interest in my work by email, and the country you are in,  so that I can determine what the demand is for International Shipping.
