I accept commissions for bespoke pieces whether it is a 'variation on a theme' of a piece I have already created, or a brand new piece designed and made especially for you.

This Star Pendant with Rainbow Moonstone Oval Star Pendant on sterling silver fine snake chain.		A recent commission from a friend for a birthday gift. The recipient was so pleased with it that she then came to purchase something from me for another of her friends.

Commission Process

Based on your design specifications I will design the item and give you a guideline estimate for the price, both of which you will need to approve before I start making the item.

On your approval of the design and the estimated price, a non-refundable deposit of one third of the estimated guideline price will be due before I start making the item.

Prior to the final process of ‘firing’ the creation, we can either meet again for you to approve the piece, or if a meeting is not possible, I will send you a picture of the piece either by post or email for your final approval.

Receiving this I will then complete the item and finalise the price. Assuming that you are happy with the finished piece, the remaining balance of the price will then be due.

In the unlikely event that you choose not to accept the finalised piece, you will not be required to pay the balance. However, based on the fact that your approval of the design and the piece is requested at various points in the process, should you then decline the piece, the deposit will be kept to cover my time and I will keep the piece, which will be sold at a later date.
