Oh - What to write!!

Life is a journey, and on that journey you take different paths. Sometimes they are easy, others not so much, and some are just rugged and hard going and you feel like you will never get to the end of it - or worse - that it will defeat you. Sometimes you take the wrong path and have to find a way back to your true path, other times you are so focused on your journey that you don't even notice the path. Regardless of all of that - they are all still part of the same journey.

And that Journey is - of course - This Life

I have been lucky to be able to try a few different paths on my journey........and I am now at the point where I can embrace all that has touched me and which I believe reflects all that is me.

I am married (having just celebrated 25 years!) with two beautiful daughters of 18 and 16 years of age (young ladies now), and two cats - mother and daughter. We moved to Bedford in 2005 and I really love it here, especially my corner of the garden in my studio. That said - I couldn't be 'Me' without 'Them' - the support of my family over the years as I have 'gone about my thing' has been immence, unquestioning and unconditional, and so I give them my love and heartfelt grattitude for all they have done and, at times, gone without.

I have a long background in office/clerical/admin work but it is always my creativity and spiritual side which has maintained the balance and has made up that final piece of the jigsaw which is Me.

Being able to offer these aspects of myself to you through my jewellery, teaching and therapies is a way to give back and to help others in the ways that have helped me through the many challenges I have experienced in my life.

And of course......the thing about this life, this journey, our being......it is always 'work in progress' and 'room for improvement'.......and so I move forward with that in mind and the inspiration that if one thing doesnt work - something else will.
